Frequently asked questions

Do I need to tell you about travel?

Not usually — but adding a travel notice reduces the chance of a false decline on a first purchase abroad.

How do I redeem points for travel?

Book through the Evermont travel portal at 1.5¢ per point, or apply points as a statement credit at 1¢.

Is trip protection automatic?

Coverage applies when the full fare is paid with an eligible Evermont card. Claims are filed through the benefits administrator listed in your Guide to Benefits.

Can I use my debit card abroad?

Yes, with no foreign transaction fee. Withdrawals at out-of-network ATMs may carry the owner’s surcharge.

Talk to someone

Book 30 minutes with a Evermont banker — in branch, by phone or over video.
